Refund policy

Build With Wood Plans sells digital products only, including downloadable PDF woodworking plans, digital guides, digital bundles, and related digital materials. No physical product is shipped.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the digital content has been accessed, delivered, or downloaded.

After purchase, customers receive immediate access to the digital content. For customers located in the European Union, where you have expressly consented to immediate access or download before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access or download begins, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

We do not provide refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for digital products once access, delivery, or download has begun.

Refunds may be considered only in limited cases, at our reasonable discretion, such as duplicate orders, accidental multiple charges for the same product, technical issues that prevent access to the purchased files and cannot be resolved, or corrupted files that cannot be replaced.

If you experience a technical issue with your download or access link, please contact us at info@buildwithwoodplans.com and we will help you resolve the issue.

Refund requests made after accessing, receiving, or downloading the digital content may be refused. Chargebacks or refund claims may be disputed using the order record, payment record, download/access data, consent record, and purchase confirmation.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
